Job Description职位描述 

We are looking for a University student interested in Marketing Communication work and eager to experience the whole Marketing process from A to Z in a Brand Company. You are a sports lover and will enjoy a sports working environment, as well as discovering the sports market through this work. As a trainee, you are available to work at least 3 days per week, and more than 6 months period, no matter in the office or remotely. The work will help you experience the real working status but it will not guarantee that you will be recruited after graduation.

Responsibility工作内容 

Photo / Video shooting 参与每一季新品的拍摄和准备工作 

Post-production 协助照片、视频等素材的后期制作

Content management by system 协助素材管理的工作（通过系统运维） 

Validate and publish product information 协助审核以及发布最新产品信息 

Assist product training to retail stores 协助针对零售商场店员的产品培训工作

Assist content preparation 协助完成市场前端内容准备工作，以对接下游渠道和投放部门 

Offline event organization assist 协助线下活动的组织 Co-create content and publish in community, community event organization 社群素材制作以及发布、社群活动组织 Customer review maintenance via CRM system 通过CRM系统对产品评价进行维护 

Skill Required技能要求 

Good aesthetics 拥有良好的审美 

Skillful in PS&AI operation is a plus 会使用PS和AI是加分项 

Being good at basketball/football/volleyball/rugby/baseball is a plus 擅长或者喜欢篮足排球，橄榄球或者棒球运动，将会是加分项 

Social holic, sense of social 社交媒体重度玩家，拥有社交媒体“网感” 

Clear logic and planning skills 有条理、有逻辑，计划性强、规划性强

Both written and oral English are required 英语听说能力佳 

Team spirit with high responsibility 富有团队精神、责任心强大 

Other Remarks/其他 

You will be treated as a full-time teammate, involved in all related meetings and training. 尽管是实习生，但你会作为团队的一份子、全职员工来对待，你将有机会参加所有相关会议，而 不仅仅是做执行。
